Before I pass on this nomination, I'd like to recommend a few AARs I've been reading and enjoying greatly:
For HOI4, I've been greatly enjoying
@The Living Hive and his work on Yugoslavia,
The Balkan Crucible: An Axis Yugoslavia AAR. It's a very detailed, believable alt-hist that appears criminally under-read for its quality and research.
CK2 is absolutely full of interesting new works, and some of my favorites are
@Superstorm 's
Wings of Faith, Wings of Fury - A Slavic Revival,
@Flinteroon 's
Children of the Sun - A Sunset Invasion AAR,
@Louis Capet 's
Stop Bullying Bulyah - A Siculo-Arab AAR (heavily inspired by El Pip's
Inevitable Defeat), and
@Highland Confederate 's
Reges Langobardorum.
For Vic 2, I would like to recommend another new work,
@The Big Boy 54 's
Britannia Triumphant - A GFM Great Britain AAR provides an interesting look at the GFM mod.
I haven't read much of Stellaris, but I have greatly enjoyed
@Macavity116 's work on
After Everything and
Faith in Chaos. If these initial works are anything to go by, the rest of the series must be similarly excellent.
I've just made a foray into Imperator Rome, inspired by
@FiveColor20 's new AAR,
The Nadir of Our Fortunes - An Imperator Invictus AAR as Adiabene/Assyria. It is brand new, so I encourage people to get in on the beginning!
I know literally nothing of EU4, but I have been following
@Nikolai 's
Chronicles of Poland which have now moved on to
Chronicles of the Wendish Empire - A CK3 to EU4 Megacampaign AAR.
Finally is HOI3, home to some of my favorite AARs. I continue to advocate for
@Aussie Perun 's masterpiece,
One and Indivisible (A Russian Kaiserreich AAR) in the HOI2 DH subforum. I highly recommend either of
@Bullfilter 's works,
Talking Turkey and
Quick and Dirty 2. The former is entering the final stages of WWII while the latter follows WWIII between the Soviets and a Western dominated world.
@roverS3 's
'Odin' and Stalin's Secret Committee,
@Wraith11B 's
Der Adler, Der Wolf, und die Sonne, and
@Eurasia 's
A Gentleman's War - The Middle East Command are all fun to read and very interesting.
After my massive amount of recommendations, we come to the fun part of this post: the next Fan of the Week! I have decided to pass this on to
@Surt due to his diligent reading of my AARs, insightful and humorous comments, and general helpfulness!
