I agree. That might be the reason why Tommy hasn't done a poll yet. But this "I'll vote for the one that's winning" or "I'll try to stop them from winning" mentality is messing up the AAR.

I don't think it was Tommy's polls which caused that mentality, but the "analysis" he provided with the polls.

If people were forced to make their own decision, you'd see a lot more votes for the Luxemburgists and Kadonists here.

That's just speculation, I for one wouldn't change my vote if the polls were secret.

What I propose to introduce is a Socialist Constitution of the Republic that would define what the Chairman can or cannot do, the socialist principles our republic was founded on, the powers of the assembly, a separation of powers (I would propose legislative, executive and judicial after the principles of Montesquieu), the democratic principles of election and lastly have written in it about the dissolution of the state, which I have no doubt that the Anarchists would fight for due to their fear of a permanent socialist state. This constitution can, of course, be changed with a majority of two-thirds in the assembly and the central committee. If neither is achieved the constitution can not be changed.

This is something I believe will insure the liberty and freedom of the people and workers within our republic. Oppose all tyranny and long live the revolution!

I agree that the voting system is flawed. I wish there was a better way but after an experiment in 2nd pref proved to me that OMOV is better I don't see an alternative.

I do think that if the Dem Anarchists win the Constitution needs an anti-baby eating clause. I'm sorry Enewald, but the overwhelming majority of the VSVR's people don't see that as an acceptable activity. Mabye stay in Finland where the practise is more accepted.

That is the only way that global communism will be possible. The only way to unite mankind and bring an end to war, suffering and indignity. And the longer we wait the more terrible the wars will be as both we and our enemies gain the means to field ever greater armies with ever deadlier weapons. The longer we wait the more people will live, suffer and die under capitalist oppression. Five years under the anarchists will be ten years lost, not just for us but for all mankind.

But the longer we wait the more China and Japan will industrialise which will mean that their proletariats will grow. Till now they are still feudal nations and will send their peasants to fight us to the end. But soon their working class will be as discontent as it was in Russia and then our attack will topple their weak government like a domino. Time is on our side, there is no need for impatience
