Lorewise, death cult is really peacefull civic.
Yeah. But which part of death cult is not peacefull? Sacrifices are only by willing acolytes and are never forced. People are celebrating death and treats it as sacred thing. they are never seek it, never force it to others. Im really surprised that this civic is not locked from militarists.

That's a looot of planets for completely standard 1x Habitable Worlds ... among others a size 30 Gaia, a Size 20 Ocean world, and 2 size 23 Ocean worlds, as ocean dwellers (and another size 12 ocean, and a size 14 Continental)

The last time this happened to me, I spent so many resources colonizing everything that I got wiped by my neighbor next door before any of the colonies took off (10 colony ships is effectively 3500 alloys not spent on fleets). Be careful not to get too greedy.

Even better ... a few more planets out (within 4 systems of Ferragon) there's Zanaam and another random size 22 Gaia, and 3 of the aforementioned planets have pre-ftls (although, to be fair, I'm 1.75x Primitive)
Doomsday blew up while they were colonizing their first planet ... shouldn't that have meant that they ceases to exist given that they, strictly speaking, doesn't have any pop at all?
They have a planet, and that planet will have a pop once colonization is done. I guess that's close enough.

Pre-FTLs are still a mess it seems...this was pre-ftl hive, now part of it's population gained individuality but live happily as drones
