No player is allowed to declare war on them, and can't take any land if they do end up at war with them (E.G., due to the AI responding to a call to arms from an ally). What does those "Protected" mean?
Guess those players are at gamescom
Why doesn't Da9L conquer those two small nations (Genoa and Crimea?) around Crimea?
I'm on it, just completely forgot about themI'm pretty sure they are Trebizond and Genoa, of which Trebizond is a vassal of Genoa, and I think that Genoa was still in the HRE, so attacking them would call in the emperor, however that shouldn't be a problem anymore
Just because they called it Mare Nostrum doesn't necessarily mean that it was enough for the achievement. (No idea what the achievement exactly requires.)Did the Mare Nostrum achievement get changed after the Historical Oddity dev clash? I do not remember @Bratyn holding the land required to form the Roman Empire. I thought Mare Nostrum meant forming the Roman Empire and holding all of the Mediterranean and Black sea provinces?
Probably parts of France and Britain as well.Just because they called it Mare Nostrum doesn't necessarily mean that it was enough for the achievement. (No idea what the achievement exactly requires.)

Yellow: Provinces needed for forming Rome
Red: Provinces needed for Mare Nostrum after (re)forming the Roman Empire
