We need this mentality for England AI80k french and 100k dutch as a 'defensive' force in one province?
I migth be paranoid but I cant let such numbers land uncontested on our hemisphere!

We need this mentality for England AI
Any good EU IV AI should react - unless bad government and stupid ruler - to a seen transport of troops on a beachhead near them. The AI has that nice "walk to your borders feature" now to warn players. It is only fair it reacts to our maneuvers too. The same NATO does with Russia. Maneuver in Sibiria? Be your guest. Bringing 100k troops to the NATO borders... maybe we should show some force.
Problem with Kaiser taking New Amsterdam is that now he can't choose the wargoal and attack pre-emptively.
Attack a South American holding? Albeit harder to push on, still useful to not ship your armies to Europe.
The French Republic will not shed tears for tyrants being unable to declare even more unprovoked wars of aggression.
We also doubt that one province more or less will really stop him from doing so.
Perhaps if the Old World did not insist on shipping hundreds of thousands of men to Our Hemisphere we would not need to make so many pre-emptive attacks!
The Revolutionary Council wishes to remind the decrepit tyrants that such manouvers are considered an Act of Aggression and our response will be thusly!

"The true power of the revolution" was a rather pitiful display, bullying just for bullying sake (I won't even mention the fate of Hannover, Venice or poor, poor Nitra) due to no active opposition in the Old World. Nevertheless, I hope the Peasants of Dithmarschen will find worthy allies for the last two sessions to wipe the smiles off the Tyrants' chubby faces!
Also, nice snake border between Hindustan and Ming, the Mandate finally started to tremble.

That's actually the Dutch name for it, the Afrikaans is Kaap die Goeie Hoop (Afrikaans and Dutch are similar still but there are a lot of differences).
Either way, most people just refer to it as die Kaap or the Cape, so Kaap or Cape is fine really.
