But you could create Prussia and reject the Prussian monarchy, forming the Prestigious, Proud, Perfectly Powerful Perpetual Peasant's Prussian rePublic

PS Can we get confirmation what the Peasant's Republic has access to under the new government reform system? Does it get the old morale and production efficiency bonus and absolutism malice? Are these tied together in one reform or are they individual reforms that can they be swapped around? Or do the Marsh Peasants get something new?

It would be hilarious to maximize moral but completely neglect Discipline. Don't have the manpower pool for it though :)
