We all know that almost all (if not all) achievements are references to something. I know some of these references, but I want to know them all. Could someone say what achievement refers to what internet meme/movie/joke/etc.
On eu4 wiki section of achievements there are mentioned sometimes the references. Like in case of The Bohemians - which is the name of sport club in Dublin IIRC. Some achievements are generic ones - Till Death Do Us... with RM, reference is clear. And also typing all 100+ achievements can take some time. But with high demand, maybe we'll provide supply. We all know that almost all (if not all) achievements are references to something. I know some of these references, but I want to know them all. One Night in Paris may be a reference to Paris Hilton's sex tape. (?)
Some of the more obscure ones:

I assumed it was from Casablanca.
Maybe I'm just old?
The Goths did not come from Germany. They came from the Russian steppes, and subjugated everyone from the Wolga till the Rhine. Then the Huns came and destroyed their empire, and the remaining Goths fled to Occitania and IberiaGothic Invasion - Goths came from Germany
Not necessarily a nazi reference. The red/white/black flag was used by the northern german confederacy and then the german empire, which basically is what you create when you form Germany in EU4. And Reich simply means Empire.Rajput Reich is probably a reference to the nazis, because they have the old Red-White-Black German flag, and they are of the ancient Arian culture. So what do you want more to be an Ubermensch?

Yeah I am pretty sure the achievement came to life after a lot of people on the forums started asking why Germany walks around with some weird chicken as a CoA while a random Indian nation has what it seemed to be a german flag (the chicken itself wasn't the problem, OPM Aachen having nearly the same flag but looking ... for some reason better was the real "problem" )The Goths did not come from Germany. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vlad_the_Impaler#Reputation_for_cruelty said:It has also been said that in 1462 Mehmed II, the conqueror of Constantinople, returned to Constantinople after being sickened by the sight of 20,000 impaled corpses outside Vlad's capital of Târgoviște.
Could also be that the swastika is an ancient religious symbol in Indian religions (Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Odinism) but that could be stretching it.Rajput Reich is probably a reference to the nazis, because they have the old Red-White-Black German flag, and they are of the ancient Arian culture.
