What? It's not excluded, it's included in the deluxe version.

He's probably referring to the DLC in the call to arms promotion which is purely graphical and very minor.
Winged hussars and landmarks...not exactly something to cry over.

Dude, you really have to get your facts straight. The "deluxe" version is the version WITH the DLC, not WITHOUT. That's why they have called it "deluxe"... duh.

The Deluxe Edition does NOT include all day 1 content.

Winged Hussars Unit Pack DLC & National Monuments DLC for example will not be included in the Deluxe Edition as they are being held back for some referral nonsense.

This was announced AFTER the deluxe edition was put on sale.

Get your own facts straight you mindless puppet.

I apologise, you were not the only one fooled into thinking the Deluxe edition would be the release version without content ripped out.

You are one of those people that wouldn´t have minded if Paradox had kept the 1Day-DLC:s a hidden secret and then released them a few weeks after game release I guess ?

Now that would have been a good example of bad behaviour but since Paradox are too honest they get flamed by whiners.

Those were announced to be given for FREE before the preorder started.

Please stop trolling.
