Kazan's annoyingness resides chiefly in the fact that it is full of despicable Muslim Tatars, and is therefore not worth conquering. This is particularly irritating because the Kazan Tatars are too stupid to build any fortifications and can therefore be easily overrun in a couple of weeks.
