With the ''Emperor" DLC Jerusalem is geting all new Government reforms to push thru and there's new mission tree available for Crusader states. Now my suggestion for Jerusalem is that it should be excluded from forming any other nation. This means if you formed Jerusalem as Cyprus, let's say, you'll be disabled from forming France, because Francian is the main culture of Cyprus. The same would go for any other nation of different culture that, whether release Jerusalem as subject or if you form it. The idea here is that, if the player forms Jerusalem it must go all the way with ith. Of course that's again only my opinion so what do you think ? Do you agree ?
