Like the title says it would be cool if players have the ability to rename areas as long as they control entire area. The reason why am i suggesting this is because every time i play as Byzizes and by miracle i take Anatolia i see cities and provinces renamed into Greek and Latin names, while areas remain Turkish and Arabic. Do you agree.

That has the potential issue of complicating communication on the forums and wikis, but I agree that they should at least be translatable, similar to the provinces themselves

That also ain't bad. If the state is able to be renamed automathicaly, depending on which culture you belong ofcourse.
