Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
One of the Traditionalist Faction Issue, Psionic Pursuit(+10 if fulfilled), is fulfilled if you have Mind over Matter Perk enabled. Teachers of the shroud origin, however, prevents the empire from taking Mind over Matter since the main species already has latent psionic trait. This makes the empire's faction issue unsatisfied forever, even after picking Transcendence, which seems quite weird.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a game with Democratic, Parliamentary System civic, Spiritualist ethic, Teachers of the Shroud origin empire, so you can quickly form factions and see what's going on.

Yup, same issue. Makes the start significantly worse especially in the early/mid game when faction unity is pretty important.

Can confirm. Psionic pursuit demand should also check for teachers of the shroud origin, not only mind over matter perk.
And it could not be a problem if spiritualist approval would not be so limitted, while fullfilling all their demands, spending ascension perks for that, and using artifact decisions, their approval is capped at 90%, so without this 10% i have to constantly using artifacts to maintain their very high faction approval, despite the fact that i have already got rid of robots entirely, and spend 2 ascension perks to consecrate gaia world (good that gaias are usefull overall).
