also i think game got bugged
my finance bar jumped in the last 6 months from 35% full to 99% full. gotta load a few saves back to see whats going on
not that it matter, i anyway don't build more than i can sustain at this point
edit: when i annexed Russia i got their full treasury, 150+ Millions

Got 5 states from Prussia, they have a few left plus 5-8 small states around i think
