Also got proportional taxation, for some reason it was only +400k but it's +400k not minus 
Now i had time to do some thinking and a few problems seems to grow:
1. they started to back down on the last day which is pretty bad. earlier got some back down after a few weeks which speeded things a lot.
2. Great Quing is not fighting so for the past 15 years i got 3 states from them, 65 years left that means 13 states, it may be possible to puppet them towards the very end but it's not ideal
will see how it goes next

And again Quing backs down and it seems it's the biggest issue, they have many states, probably won't be able to puppet them at a rate of 1 state / 5 years

Time to take on France, their 2 starting OP generals died at 100 years old for sure
Croatia revolted against both UK and Austria, their wars were merged in to 1 war, UK and Austria are allies
