Congrats @JSB217118! :D Coz is right; I have to admit that I've seen few people here who are both so prolific and go into such depth in their comments at the same time. Certainly a well-earned nomination in my books.

Ok, I apologize for being late on this. Your next fan of the week is someone I've disagreed with quite a bit about certain characters in certain AAR's. But you can't have an argument without passion and passion is what all good fans have. May I introduce you to your next fan of the week @!Peel
 
Oh. Wow okay wasn’t expecting this lol! Considering how much of a lurker I am, it really is surprising. Dunno if I’m worthy of it considering most of the stories I’m reading on here have people like @JSB217118 and @Nikolai and many more with all their literary analyses (srsly guys, are you lot secret English professors? ;)) but thank you so very much for this lovely fan, I’m certain I’m going to put it to good use! ;) (Really was a terrible pun, I’ll see myself out now) *music starts playing* I’d like to thank my parents for getting me... OH COME ON! Thanks again :D
 
Your welcome !Peel. I am actually getting an English minor. The analysis comes from having listened to a podcast about A Song of Ice and Fire and from having bottled up so many thoughts from reading the story all the way through for a week straight, I literally had an entire google doc full of comments and suggestions going all the way back to Foulques day, quite a few of which @JabberJock14 ended up implementing years before without my input.
 
I'm afraid I have no English skills beyond what I learned by doing and from having had English as a foreign language since I was 10 years old. :p Thanks for the shout out though, much appriciated! :)

I wouldn't worry too much about it; while there are certainly those fans who go above and beyond in quantity, quality, or both, I think the true value of the Fan of the Week Award lies in the fact that any fan can potentially receive recognition for their contributions, whether they be insightful analyses or just a few occasional (yet nevertheless highly appreciated) words of encouragement :)
 
Words of encouragement - even if it’s really just to let a writer know you’re reading - are always appreciated: @Specialist290 is spot on there (as he always is :)) Congrats @!Peel

Sorry I’m a day late everyone, but this fan I see sporadically in different AAR’s around the place, and though he has a reputation as an AARthor (AARer?) he still manages to provide top notch commentary. What I enjoy the most is how he encourages those who are less experienced as he is and due to his (from what I’ve seen anyways) almost cult like status amongst the members(tbh I’m all for a cult of this user! :cool:) brings attention to AAR’s you otherwise wouldn’t have noticed.

My fan of the week is @JabberJock14, not sure how many he’s had but he definitely does deserve it!
