Until the end of 1938, 4 more technologies had been developed. thanks to comrade researchers. The first was Early Marine Division tech developed by Charkov Factory Design Bureau. This technology was developed as the preparation to convert countries overseas to communism. The second was Battlefleet Concentration Doctrine introduced by Comrade Nikolai Kuznetsov. Comrade Kuznetsov began teaching his fellow comrade in navy how to destroy enemy's ship using many battleships. The third was Production Planning developed by Kirov Factory Design Bureau and teached to USSR worker in order to make them work more efficient with planning. And the last was Rocket Test and Research Facility as Comrade Stalin's idea developed by Tupolev Design Bureau. In his speach Comrade Stalin had stated that this last technology would be useful in the future when communism had conquest the world to spread communism to the entire universe outside the earth. And Comrade Stalin had decided that the first target was MOON.

But the improvement in the research field wasn't followed in diplomacy. On January 6 1939 Comrade Maksim Litvinov has forced into retirement as Foreign Minister because of his inability to press Japan to admit their failure in last incident. Then his position was filled by Comrade Vyacheslav Molotov. He would be the most brilliant foreign minister in USSR history.

When Comrade Molotov began his career as foreign minister, people's army had 380 divisions consisted of the best communist men and women in the world.

Yea.. militia can do landing. I have tried landing militia from South Italy to Palermo and it worked! But it didn't work for landing to a province west of Copenhagen occupied by Germany. And now Germany only hold that province and an island south of Sweden and I still can't annex them because that province is key province:( I don't know if it works if I land in USA. Well we can try :)
Well people, you may call me really insane :D

The year of 1939 seemed to be year of fascist nations. At least it was the thought of capitalist nation's leader. They could do nothing when Hitler grabbed Czech land on Marh 15 1939 and appointed Tiso as leader of Fascist Slovakia puppet nation and gave Ruthenia to Hungary. And they could only watch when Nazi soldier marched to Memel on March 24 1939. They could do nothing because they were weak. They thought that Hitler could be bought by their money. The situation was worsen because Mussolini also didn't want to be underestimated and annexed Albania on April 6 1939. Then Poland asked assistance from UK and its allies. How fool they were! They thought UK and its weak allies could help them after their failure to press Hitler not to grab any land again. If they could think clearly, they should ask help from USSR and her people's army whose the biggest army in the world. But they prefered lost their nation to lost their pride.

Meanwhile the biggest army in the world kept increasing the number of division and became bigger and bigger and went to be the biggest army in the human history. And this army also equipped with modern weapon technologies. For example, they were equipped with Improved Field Artillery developed by Barrikada Factory Design Bureau that can destroy almost anything including armor or panzer. For support the big army, a nation must also have big supply. For USSR supply wasn't a problem because Yakolev Design Bureau had developed Production Control technology to produce more supply for the army.

But for the USSR, the year of 1939 must become the year of communism not fascism. So with the newest artillery Border Guard Commander Zhukov began to shell and batter Japan position in Khalkin Gol as a revenge for Chasan Lake raid. This raid was the idea of Foreign Minister Molotov to make Japan bowed to USSR and asked for mercy. That idea worked completely and a non aggression pact was signed on May 22 1939 when Japan's delegation came to Moscow and shocked looking the greatness of people's army. At that time the size of people's army was 452 divisions.

Realizing that sooner or later there would be war in Europe and Hitler would invade USSR, Comrade Nikolai Kuznetsov taught Hunter-Killer Group Doctrine to USSR navy to spot and destroy German subs. He also taught Floating Fortress Doctrine developed by Charkov Factory Design Bureau to face German battleship if needed. At that time USSR was really ready and prepared for German invasion. But something surprising was happened. German Foreign Minister Ribbentrop came to Moscow for secret meeting and offered partition of Poland. He offered Eastern Poland to USSR, the land had lost after The Great War. Comrade Stalin didn't agree at the first time because he didn't believe Hitler who couldn't be trusted. But Comrade Molotov suggested Comrade Stalin to accept that offer but put all people's army on the border to Germany as preparation if German attacked. At last Comrade Stalin agreed with Comrade Molotov's idea. Then Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact was signed on August 24 1939. Seven days later, on August 30 1939, war was broken when Third Reich's Army invaded Poland due to Poland's rejection to give Danzig to Germany. At the same day UK, France, and their allies had run out their patience and declared war on Germany and 478 divisions of people's army began moving to Eastern Poland. Once again Great War was happened and later would be called World War II.

Poland couldn't defend itself against Germany's army and was only lasted until September 29 1939. But Eastern Poland had bowed down to people's army and joined USSR on September 15 1939. They preferred the great communism than untrust fascism. In that area, people's army were busy spreading communism to Polish people. After German invasion, little countries in Baltic area were afraid invaded by German. So they agreed to join communism. Estonia joined on September 2 1939. Latvia joined on October 12 1939. And last, Lithuania joined on November 3 1939. Meanwhile Hungary chose to join Germany and together with Slovakia, they called themselves Axis Nations. But Finland rejected the offer to joined communism and Comrade Stalin thought that time was a good time to show to the world the power of people's army but not full power, only the part to hide the true power. So on November 14 1939, more than 150 divisions of people's army marched over Finland-USSR border. The Finnish-Winter War had begun.

Looking good, but could we have screenies?

Although the Finnish Winter War had proclaimed on November 14 1939, no contact was happened until November 19 1939. The first contacts were happened at 1 am in Kajaani and Viipuri. In this war people's army showed their ability. The first battle in Kajaani only lasted for eight hours and in Viipuri only lasted for two and a quarter days. The little Finnish army couldn't resist against horde of people's army. It showed how useful and efficient the USSR land doctrine was.

With only about a third of its force, the people's army captured Viipuri on the evening of November 27 1939 by 36 divisions and Kajaani in the next week. Almost at the same time, on December 3 1939, in the middle of battle, Comrade Boris Shaposhnikov finished his writing of new doctrine: Deep Operations Doctrine. Then on December 5 1939, the battle also began in Petsamo and Joensuu. Petsamo would be captured on December 14 1939 and Joensuu also captured on December 28 1939. The capital of Finland, Helsinki was stormed by people's army on December 12 1939 and was captured on December 21 1939. The other province, Rovaniemi was attacked on December 20 1939 and was captured on January 15 1940.

Until the fall of Helsinki, not only Comrade Shaposhnikov that had improved people's army ability but also Kirov Factory Design Bureau, Comrade Sergei Korolev, and Yakolev Design Bureau. Kirov Factory Design Bureau developed Advanced Computing Machine and that machine was used by Comrade Korolev to develop Improved Decryption Devices. Meanwhile Yakolev Design Bureau developed Deep Logistic Organization to increase the speed of logistic bureau in this war.

On Christmas day, December 25 1939, after the fall of Helsinki, Finnish leaders sent their letter asking for peace. But for Comrade Stalin and people's army it was too late. Peace would be concluded if and only if the Finnish accepted communism and joined USSR. So the war was continued. The next province to be captured by people's army was Sortavala. It was attacked on December 28 1939 and captured on January 8 1940. After Sortavala, Mikkeli was the next province. It was attacked after the fall of Sortavala and captured on January 18 1940, at the same time when people's army captured Rovaniemi. Other provinces were attacked in January 1940 were Oulu, Jyväskylä, Tampere, and Turku. Oulu and Jyväskylä, both were attacked on January 18 1940. Oulu was captured in the following month on February 4 1940 and Jyväskylä was captured on February 2 1940. Tampere was attacked on January 25 1940 and Turku was attacked on January 29 1940. Tampere was captured on the Valentine day, February 14 1940 and Turku was captured before Tampere, on February 9 1940.

In February 1940 the war also occured in sea. Finland Heavy Cruiser Väinämöinen that tried to open the blockade was sunk by USSR navy consisted of two battleship and two destroyer on February 4 1940. In this month the Finnish Winter War was finished when the last Finnish key province, Vaasa was captured. Before the fall of Vaasa, three other provinces were also attacked. They were Kuopio that was attacked on February 2 1940 and captured on February 16 1940, Pori that was attacked on February 17 1940, and Seinäjoki that was attacked on February 17 1940. But people's army marched into Seinäjoki after the war was ended. The last province, Vaasa was attacked on February 17 1940 and captured on February 20 1940. At 1500 Finnish leaders were signed the treaty to join USSR. After that treaty was signed, Finland was the part of USSR. 24 divisions of people's army and several secret police divisions would be put in Finland to destroy the enemy of Finnish revolution to communism.

From The Finnish Winter War that had been finished, Comrade Stalin knew that a key factor to success in a war was supply, weapon, and soldier. The winner was who can produce more supply, more weapon, and more soldier. So Comrade Stalin didn't worry about the result of the future war because USSR had more supply, weapon, and soldier than any other nations in the world. His optimistic view also was been supported by industrial bureau such as Nizny Tagil Factories who developed Assembly Line Experimentation and Barrikada Factory Design Bureau who developed Improved Anti-Air Artillery Brigade. Comrade Stalin also realized that all industry must support military so he nationalised private industry to be military industry on March 28 1940.

Meanwhile Hitler had decided to attack Scandinavia nations like Norway and Denmark on April 25 1940 to secure his north territory. Denmark had fallen on May 4 1940 and the King of Denmark fled to UK and secede Greenland to USA. After Scandinavia, Hitler moved his army into France through Benelux nations on May 2 1940. Luxemburg had fallen on May 7 1940, Netherlands on May 26 1940, and Belgium on June 11 1940. Seeing Germany's power, Mussolini felt that his army can help his friend's army so that Italy joined Axis on June 10 1940. Fear that Italy would invade Greece from Albania, Churchill who had appointed as UK Prime Minister on May 12 1940 guaranteed Greek independence.

On June 27 1940 Comrade Stalin who seen that Axis nations were too busy in France asked Romania to secede Bessarabia. But Romanian king was refused Stalin's claim and declared war on USSR. How fool was that king! That was the war and rejection won't be forgotten by Romanian because at the same day people's army began to invade Beltsy. The first contact only lasted for several minutes, then Romanian army withdrew after looking at people's army's number. Fear of the power of people's army, Romanian king asked Hitler to help him. Not knowing about fear facing people's army, Hitler accepted and sent several divisions to help Romanian on July 1 1940. So on July 1 1940 Romania joined Axis and USSR was in war with Axis nations. At that time Axis nations must fight in two front, facing Allies and USSR. Sooner, when sorry was too late, Hitler would know that his action allowing Romania joined Axis was wrong. USSR and her 487 divisions of people's army would overwhelming any armies and marched into Western Europe.

Surprise for you comrades! Yes, no Barbarossa! And no Vichy France and its puppets series. When Romania joined Axis, Germany has reached the gate of Paris but hasn't entered that city! Even they haven't landed on Norway! And from now you'll see how people's army fight against fascist army.

This is what I like with the AI - it doesn't pause to think about 500-division-armies :D

This is both an enjoyable read and an interesting game you're offering us. Keep this up :)

The first contact with other Axis power instead of Romanian occured on July 2 1940 when a squadron of Italian bomber bombed naval port in Sevastopol. Several planes had shot down by static AA gun and AA gun from ships. But several ships had been damaged. So Comrade Stalin had chosen to move those ships from Sevastopol to Batum. Land battle occured on July 3 1940 in three provinces: Suwalki, Lublin, and Königsberg. Those battle were easily won by people's army because there were only several divisions guarded German-USSR border with no armor division. The next day, Comrade Nikolai Kuznetsov introduced Subsidiary Carrier Role Doctrine to the navy and Comrade Stalin ordered industrial bureau to move many important military industry to Siberia for securing the industry from the war.

One by one Axis' province was captured by horde of people's army. Beltsy was captured on July 3 1940. Memel was captured on July 5 1940. Lublin was captured on July 6 1940. Chisinev, Suwalki, and Lomza was captured on July 9 1940. The next day Königsberg was captured. Zamosc was captured two days after Königsberg. Ismail was captured on July 14 1940 and Elbing was captured on the next day. People's army had arrived on July 19 1940 to occupy Torun and on the next day in Iasi. Then on July 20 1940, people's army entered Warsaw liberating Poland from Axis. At the same day people's army also conquered Przemysl. Radom was occupied on July 26 1940.

Meanwhile people's army was helped by Romanian and Hungarian communist militia that wanted to liberate their nation from fascism. Of course those comrades were welcomed by people's army and so did them. And two divisions of people's army also were created to join the war so that people's army had 489 divisions. Until July 26 1940 people's army faced no significant fighting from Axis' army but on July 26 1940 people's army fought against German panzer divisions for the first time in Danzig. Shocked and suffered heavy casualties, people's army retreated to regroup and discuss tactic how to fight those panzers.
