When in the traits section of the empire creation if your species is lithoid the rapid breeders trait and the adaptive trait don't show up. But on the wiki for PC it says the lithoid trait isn't incompatible with those two traits. When was lithoid changed to not be incompatible with them?

You’ve answered your own question. They’ve always been incompatible because they aren’t classed as biological life forms (RE: rapid breeders) and they already have +50 habitability on all planets regardless of type (RE: adaptive).
