This hivemind likes to take care of, and look after, its own flocks of sapient organics outside of the mind. These organics can be useful in many ways for the hive, generally though, they're looked after well enough.

-Adds second custom organic species
-Starts with 5 Herded Pops in addition to the initial Pops, along with the means to keep them happy
-Organic, non-hive-minded Pops have Herded Organics citizenship and living standards
-gains Organics Focus policy

Herded Organics citizenship: They're interesting to keep around, you know.

Herded organics are pops the hive keeps around for various reasons, whether that be research, inspiration, or just as playthings; it's up to the mind to decide.
-reduced political power
-produces unity, society research, and slight job production bonuses, depending on the policy chosen. (counts as own job)

Herded Organic living standard:

Slight consumer good upkeep
Slight happiness penalty

Organic Focus Policy: We must decide what the organics are most useful for.

Balanced Focus: produces unity, society research, and job output benefits in relatively balanced amounts.
-Our herded organics have many uses. why focus on only one?
Unity Focus: Produces only unity but at an increased amount
-Individually minded organics have unique ways of coming together and organizing. These ways can be somewhat adapted to our collective
Research Focus: Produces only society research but at an increased amount
-Our flocks are best for study.
Insight Focus: Produces only Job output bonuses but at an increased amount
-The individually minded pops at our disposal can offer many insights, given their autonomous nature.

I see one problem with this.
As a machine intelligence, the pop growth slot is unused, meaning bio-trophies can use it to grow.
Hiveminds use the pop growth slot, meaning Herded Organics cannot grow without hindering hivemind growth.

The hearded organics could be allowed yo grow automatically once in a while, or, the player could choose forced growth. Either way growth would be allowed. Also, it wouldn’t be a hinderance every once in a while, but how often ‘every once in a while’ is important.
