I bought the deluxe edition on the paradox website after playing the free to play. I then connected my steam acct to my paradox acct. Steam shows it in my library but I can't figure out how to download this game. I'm using my Android phone and no longer have my pc so its been a while since I have used steam and never on a phone.

There is no paid version for the mobile, only the freemium one. This was a cause of a great revolt and lingering disgust when PDX ripped the paid version from the phones of people that bought it, deleted their all their saves, gave everyone 60,000 gold (in old currency that's maybe 4,000, probably less) and "upgraded" their game to the freemium version.
