Beta update delayed due to sickness

We had plans to post an update to the beta of 1.31.4 earlier this week, but Alexander Ivannikov, our tech lead has been sick since the weekend. We currently have no ETA of when we can update it, but it will be done as soon as possible.

Ironically, we are also recruiting for another person to do these tasks here at Tinto.
