Huh, usually, the AI only spams silly peace offers when it's 0% occupied, but stops once you've occupied one of their provinces, since you now have a positive warscore.

When you send a gift, it shows you a pop-up to confirm if you want to do the action, but if you use "scorch earth" - it instantly does it without any confirmal pop-ups. That's actually pretty good point, lol, would be nice to be able to enable/disable various pop-ups/confirmations (except the message setting ones that show information like rebel uprisings, battle outcomes etc., I'd like to remove confirmations on diplomatic actions etc. too).
If you accidentally click "send gift" it'll ask you if you're sure.

Exactly, and its just a tiny button and its RIGHT ABOVE "Split in half" so if your splitting a lot of armies, be very, very precise.
I actually prefer it not having the confirmation, it would make scorching earth in a fast paced war much more difficult.
In a multiplayer game? I wasn't aware everyone else would be okay with me pausing....
