Is there a cutoff date for getting the viking trait? It used to be that my rulers would get it fairly soon on their first raids, but I haven't seen it in quite some time now.

Set them to raid, like with the Norse, and then move into territory adjacent to your lands belonging to a different religion.

No, you get the gold immediately.

You only get gold fron provinces bordering your own provinces.

Yes. The holdings have holy_site = religion_name in landed_titles.txt.

Then I go into the game it shows me that Dynasty CoA Pack III is available, but it doesn't appear so on Steam - when will we (Steam users) be able to purchase that one?

No it's limited to English, Saxon, Norman and Celts, and you should see that in game by going to the title screen and hovering over the create button.

I started a game from 1.10 and have since bought TOG; will the purchase-only features show up in my savegame (such as improved rebellions and adventurers) or does this require a restart?
