I vote for A. I think Hal would make a great Englice, and it solves all our problems with the least trouble.
 
I vote for B, though I think the edits for England should be fairly generous and along the lines HAL suggested, to help him along in this sudden change of venue. Outright annexation of all of Venice strikes me as silly and completely unsustainable given, if nothing else, the geography.
 
Well, Iam voting for an A options. And as i said during skype chat, I'am also votin for a nap time period for new country, to organize the country. Probably consider the convert the provinces (at least part of them) inot ENG religious. IMO it won't be good, if we erase VEN, and let FRA-HAB-SPA-OE to gain their province's.
