I couldn't really understand either, which leaders do you mean? Please post a pic. :)

Well, after backing up the original files I did what's recommended in the little readme file coming with the pack:

1. Download the pack.
2. Extract in your Victoria folder.
3. Play the game. :)

Beyond that I'm not sure what I need to do to add them - it is explained somewhere (I admit I didn't read the whole thread since it's so long)?

How about this, open your Victoria folder, then extract the rar or zip to the desktop, open that and draw the two folders into the Vicky folder, does that work?

Thx, seems I got it right :)

Just one thing I noticed - I get some remaining green pixels displayed around some leaders. Otherwise they're looking great. :)

Yeah, It's some leftovers Roger leave after completing leaders ( :D ). Tell me which leaders and I'll fix it. :)

Ahh, I didn't save and so I don't remember exactly. But I have some testplaying to do anyway so I'll make a list once I notice something, and then post it asap :)

Please do, because then you won't have to see the green pixels again! :D

After playing a bit with Germany I noticed the problem on those:

- von Kameke
- Loe
- Georg von Sachsen
- Paul von Schellenberg
- Walther von Schellenberg
- von Hahnke
- von der Goltz
- Herzog Albrecht
- von Falkenheyn
- von Below F.
- von Below O.
- von Bothmer
- von Bulow

I'm in the 1880ies right now so I can't say much about leaders who appear later. I canpost it though once I encounter further probs when playing on. I didn't look for leaders of any other nations so far.

Edit: I just realised the sig in the OP says v1.04b but leads to 1.03 files which I downloaded, so I'm not sure if I have the most recent version.

OP? The link in my sig leads to 1.04b atleast.

Will check those leaders and fix them. ;)

Are you online right now? I have to discuss some things with you. :D

When the last batch of Brits are completed, Roger has promised me to do 3 Japanese guys, Field Marshal Count Ōyama Iwao, Fleet Admiral Marquis Tōgō Heihachirō and Field Marshal Prince Yamagata Aritomo. Then version 1.05 will finally be released. ALL the green pixels have been fixed, the readme has seen expansion and MORE leaders have been added. There are approximatly 800 or more leaderpictures for the leaderpack ( ! ).

I am SO sorry for the massive delay of version 1.05. :( In the future, I will be working more with the leaderpack and less with.. other things.

So guys (and girls?), soon your dreams will come true. I just hope you have enough armies for your leaders!

Any chance you could convince him to do three NEW leaders for Japan? Those 3 he proposes already exist in-game (see my avatar here for Oyama), and don't really need to be re-done.
