I feel he's cannot be part of the blue pack. He was the only other candidate on Day8 besides Aedan and Tris. It seems unlikely that Aedan would throw another blue wolf/cultist under the bus to save Tris.

Or that's precisely what he did in an attempt to clear whoever survived. Still, there are several other candidates I'd consider before such a case.

On the first day I missed, I used my Angelic Powers, and on the second day I missed, I used guild powers.

Also, actual reasoning behind your votes outside of tie is really what I'm getting at.
