I was just wondering if there is an immortal trait in HIP since I can't remember which mods i saw having it.

Im pretty sure there will be an immortal trait in ruler designer assuming you get all modules but Viet Immersion.
add_trait immortal Also works if you just want to make someone else immortal. It tends to disappear on startup.
