3) The Pedrotti trust fund shall receive the following factories:

4) Michelangelo Ezzo shall receive the following factories:

h) At the cost of £45,000 (This is based on a deal negotiated during the Balbo years) :

iv) Campania Dyes
v) Lazio Regular Clothes
vi) Lazio Luxury Clothes
5) The profits of the Cavalieri trust fund shall be confiscated by the Ministry until Ardiano Cavalieri ceases questionable activities.
6) If the owners of the trust funds fail to open their factories the Ministry shall temporary managers to open them, due to the high unemployment rate.
7) The Camilleri and Concordé families rights to various properties are annulled do to communist sympathies among the families
