Hello!
Game randomly crashed (may be 5 min, may be 45 min).
I try clean reinstall, with system upgrade - clean install w10, try update using mods and delete not actual.
Archive contains all the necessary files for review.

What will be the solutions to the problem?

(Sorry for my English, I'm Russian)

Lots of errors in there but it's not at all clear what is causing them. Please try a **clean** reinstall:

- Remove the game from Steam (uninstall)
- Manually delete all these files and folders, if still there:

...\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\
...\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\255710\
...\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines
(first move the /saves/ folder elsewhere to keep your save games)
(To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer)

- Install the game again

- In your Steam Library right-click on this game and choose Properties. Click on Set Launch Options, and paste this in there: -noWorkshop -disableMods

Good luck with that!

This time it's Nahimic, I think:
C:\ProgramData\A-Volute\A-Volute.Nahimic\Modules\Scheduled\x64\A-Volute.NahimicDevProps2.dll
C:\ProgramData\A-Volute\A-Volute.Nahimic\Modules\Scheduled\x64\NahimicOSD.dl
C:\ProgramData\A-Volute\A-Volute.Nahimic\Modules\Scheduled\x64\ProductInfo.dll
C:\ProgramData\A-Volute\A-Volute.Nahimic\Modules\Scheduled\x64\ASM.Plugin.AudioDevProps2.dll
Please try unloading that utility, or prevent it loading at startup and reboot.

No cause evident in there this time, but it happens just after a save. Add cities.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.

And In your Steam Library right-click on this game and choose Properties. Click on Set Launch Options, and paste this in there:
-force-d3d9

The launch option I gave you last time is not in use in that output log. Please try it!

That crash happens just after an autosave, so add cities.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.

Otherwise also add these options there:
-noWorkshop -disableMods
and test with a new unmodded city.

Got around to updating (clean reinstall) the operating system.

Adding folder and exe to the exceptions list (Windows Defender), running with -noWorkshop -disableMods and tested with a new unmodded city. The only difference - without mods I can play for about an hour. With mods ~~3-20 min's

It's still happening just after a save ... does it make any difference if you set it to autosave to cloud instead of locally?

That is still saving locally ... you definitely set it to save to cloud?

I'm not sure if Windows Defender has a realtime scan function, but if it does try turning that off or telling it not to scan C:\Users\TAFAQ\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\

add archive dump
That is still saving locally
I'm using autosave, + checked Steam Cloud
telling it not to scan C:\Users\TAFAQ\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\
Added. But not help.

Really, crash occurs after autosave and after archiving message.
I don't think this could be the case
What are the more testing paths?
