Cities Skylines randomly crash

Hello!
Game randomly crashed (may be 5 min, may be 45 min).
I try clean reinstall, with system upgrade - clean install w10, try update using mods and delete not actual.
Archive contains all the necessary files for review.

What will be the solutions to the problem?

Try adding the launch options -noWorkshop and -disableMods to Steam and start a new city as a test. Does it also happen then? If it does, then post the crash files from that attempt.

Yep. Again crash, BUT. But game not create crash report. Just freeze and go to desktop

Luckily it still generates the output log, it's just in a different place. The log file is found in the Steam game install folder under Cities_Data/output_log.txt (to open the game install folder, right click your game in the Steam library, select Properties, go to the Local Files tab and select Browse local files).

Lots of errors in there but it's not at all clear what is causing them. Please try a **clean** reinstall:

- Remove the game from Steam (uninstall)
- Manually delete all these files and folders, if still there:

...\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\
...\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\255710\
...\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines
(first move the /saves/ folder elsewhere to keep your save games)
(To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer)

- Install the game again

- In your Steam Library right-click on this game and choose Properties. Click on Set Launch Options, and paste this in there: -noWorkshop -disableMods

No cause evident in there this time, but it happens just after a save. Add cities.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.

And In your Steam Library right-click on this game and choose Properties. Click on Set Launch Options, and paste this in there:

Ok. After all that has been done, the game still constantly crashes. Last game report about Crash is in archive "2021-03-21_140634", Windows last reports in "ReportArchive"

I noticed that FPS is more stable, but not more

That crash happens just after an autosave, so add cities.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.

Otherwise also add these options there:
-noWorkshop -disableMods
and test with a new unmodded city.

Got around to updating (clean reinstall) the operating system.

Adding folder and exe to the exceptions list (Windows Defender), running with -noWorkshop -disableMods and tested with a new unmodded city. The only difference - without mods I can play for about an hour. With mods ~~3-20 min's

It's still happening just after a save ... does it make any difference if you set it to autosave to cloud instead of locally?

No. It still crashing. In this time last autosave was ~1-2 min before error

I'm not sure if Windows Defender has a realtime scan function, but if it does try turning that off or telling it not to scan C:\Users\TAFAQ\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\

Really, crash occurs after autosave and after archiving message.
I don't think this could be the case
What are the more testing paths?
