Cities Skylines randomly crash

Hello!
Game randomly crashed (may be 5 min, may be 45 min).
I try clean reinstall, with system upgrade - clean install w10, try update using mods and delete not actual.
Archive contains all the necessary files for review.

What will be the solutions to the problem?

What is the history of the save you are playing here, has it had mods or custom assets used in it before?

This is a new game. I was asked in this thread to start without mods. And so it goes on and on

I've just checked your logs you've posted and I noticed one thing which repeats every time before game crashes.
Could you turn off autosave feature and save the game manually or using shortcut for quick-save? Just don't use autosave feature at all for a while. I remember that I've seen somewhere similar thread with autosave feature leading to crash, but only if game was trying to save data and the game window was not focused (minimized or game was running on the different screen and the user was doing something else)
