He used province renamer. The whole joke is that the Anglo-Saxons formed Britannia and conquered Europe, with the capital of Britannia now being "Constantineshire".

You will note the city name is Cerdicburgh, situated in the county of Constantinshire. Why "burgh"? Well, it is fortified.
Yeah don't bother to try playing with a previous save prior to this expansion.
Is that with the expansion or just the patch?
I wish there was an option to load big patches on a week delay so they are fixed by the time they get to you.
