This quite easy, just copy line of ruler before him, change date to the date which is on the savegame, delete date of death, change stats, and - voila - you got new ruler. And always you can do a copy of your save, to be sure that you didnt done something wrong. Modifying the save in EU3 you only need Notepad. Nothing more, nothing less. Rest you will learn by modifying the game yourself. And you can't corrupt save folder, only one save - and you allways can findout what is wrong.
Ugh, I've had that happen, except it was Poland, Hungary, and Austria taking turns. :glare:
