OOC: First, the two of you will have to dig him out of his hole in Switzerland. The Germans and Austrians haven't shipped him off to Russia, so as far as I know, he's still moldering away in Zurich while Trotsky is running things in Russia.
...
Unless you know something I don't.

EDIT: Ah, as above, give or take.

OOC: Well, I still want him. Youll get extra prizes if you give me Trotsky, Stalin and the rest of the Bolsheviks as well!

OOC: If I find that... Lenin... anywhere inside my borders, I'll string him up and hang him from the Brandenburg Gate.

The Bulgarian Government Feels that Stalin's moves are nothing more than a feeble attempt to gain power for himself. It should be noted that before this move Stalin was nothing more than a news paper editor and before that a bank robber with little real position in the Bolshevik party. They feel this is just moderate bolsheviks covering their bases picking the side they feel most likely to win and has nothing to feel like this is actually better.

Stalin is nobody and I would like to say that he should not be granted any position in the Bolshevik Party. He should instead be exiled to Sweden for what he has done. We didn't ask him and therefore his position is invalid.

Stalin's inclusion into the true Russian Government, without regard of his ultimate intentions, is a fine example that class consensus through democracy, not class struggle, is the way for the masses to reach progress. Class struggle is immoral and leads to nothing but destruction.

OOC: Now that we got that Lenin out of our systems, time for some of domestic policy...

Where's Britain, by the way?

Published at some Pro-Government tabloid

Since the break of hostilities, the trade with other nations has been considerably affected. As we all know, there are frequent shortages of goods that, until 1914, where easily imported. Naturally, there is no risk of chaos or starvation, but the hike of both fuel and coal prices is severely harming our economy.

Now, it is time to finally solve the issue, and set the basis for the future. Considering that Old Regime elements still crowd our Senate, and are determined to oppose to any initiative put forth by us, the President has wisely issued a decree creating the Fiscal Petroleum Fields (YPF) Department, which will act as the State's oil company. As the existing oil wells, refineries and such facilities can't even partially supply our needs, YPF's first task will be to establish an oil duct connecting the southern fields and the Capital, as well as erecting a refinery midway, at Bahia Blanca, close to our Navy's main base.

YPF's 1917 Plan
Oil fields in grey; ducts in black, red, green; refinery as red block

We know that the resources are scarce, but with our technician's resourcefulness we are determined to succeed. Of course there is a possibility of recruiting foreign aid for the task, but as for the moment, there have been no proposals.

Let this be a reminder for voters for next year's 1/3 term elections that while the Conservatives wish to drag us into the past, us Radicals are pushing for the future!

OOC: Au... Austria-Hungary has a higher support than the United States.

*speechless*

OOC: I guess my troops didn't decide to pick up any of that Japanese weaponry lying around. Ah well. Anybody fancy exporting arms? ;)

The leadership of the KMT is shocked the discover that it's soldiers chose not the equip themselves with the more advanced Japanese weaponry. In further news, we repeat our appeal to the true nations of the world to support us in our struggle against warlordism in China.

OOC : I need Romania to answer to my peace offer before sending in orders...

Also, any chance that they will lose public support considering they're losing and refusing (rather generous) offers? Or do their people are nationalist radicals that think my peace offers weren't generous? (as these radicals would want transylvania no matter what)

OOC: I got a PM from him. He declined.

OOC: You've been trying to give rights and equal status to all your people, I'd imagine your core German supporters are fairly pissed off. You've probably got strong support from the other parts of the Empire, for whatever you decide to do with the war, though.
