Liberals are VERY close to a majority and are almost guranteed a seat in government
even if they get no votes from now on simply beacuse of their resounding victory.
I may not have tallied correctly and all numbers are rounded.
Though my politics tell me to vote Tory, the flood of liberal votes compels me to not waste my vote on a sluggish party. I cast my vote for Labour, but I hope the party will be more proactive in reasserting British power throughout the globe. Attack, can we get a display of government spending and maybe a graph showing the strength of each industry in Britain?
So a total disaster for everyone, except for mabye the Socialists and obviously the Liberals, at the moment. We'll see how things change as the election continues, but one thing is for sure - the Liberals are back.
It seems the left is split 50/50 between Labour and Socialists, which is interesting. The Liberals are revived under Gladstone, and will be an important player, and as the results stand now Gladstone will probably be PM.
Ok, I am glad that the Liberals have shot up, I shall keep my vote to see where it is best placed, either in a Liberal-Tory coalition or a majority Liberal govt. I shall use my vote to keep the Labour out.
