Can someone tell me how i install this? And i am not sure if this will make a difference but i installed my game off of steam.
Have you tried copying the original install to a new directory and then installing Mod34 on top of the copy?Darn that is a shame i was hoping to try this mod out. Are there any other good mods that someone with steam could play and you would suggest?
another question. i had the phillipines want independence event. i denied it. i have a division ther but i cannot mov it. what can i do ?
and there are often techs to which a arrow points like 20mm tanks(i believe)? the arrows start at the top of some of the techledgers with words like materials or refined ? what has to be done to unlock those techs ???

Me too. It would mostly be scenario setup and events for the 33-36 time period though. While I'm sure the HoI3 tech tree could use some tweaking it probably doesn't need the same kind of complete rebuild the current Mod34 does. Maybe some additional techs between the '1918' and '1936' levels. HoI3 has the advantage of not needing an exe hack to change the time limits.* hopes MOD34 will be coming for HOI3
