As do the people of Gent. The incredible dividends being paid by The Company allow these new shareholders to invest heavily in railroads.

To further encourage investments in railroad construction, The Company announces a new dividend policy, and abolishes all tariffs. Yes, I got myself in debt again, but this time I can handle it. Look at that! We are making a profit on poor taxes alone!

The people of Benin decide it's time to leave the ranch and live off dividends. They buy shares!

We can't forget to keep converting the newly assimilated flemish pops back to farmer/labourer. They are more valuable as settlers for The Company than as workers... for now. Transorangia would become one of the main centers from which settlers move into the wilderness of Africa.

France is way behind in the military score. I don't expect them to catch up. In part, because I intend to restrict them to Europe through colonial wars. Now Germany, will almost certainly catch up. Our badboy is not that big, our war score comparable to theirs, and our prestige is positive, so maybe they won't attack, but they do worry me.

You mean 25 (10 per border province and 5 for coastal Belgium)? No, I don't. I hope they won't attack. A few years after the peace treaty expired, they still didn't declare war. Remember, we have a higher Military Score than they do (even though most of our forces are in Africa or the mobilization pool). I'll probably expand the forts in the border provinces and double the size of the defensive forces there. I don't expect France to attack, so I only have three european provinces to worry about.

With the French isolated in Algeria, it was time to move in for the kill. We get the Tuareg to let go of their sovereignty over most of "their" lands, so we can move to Algeria by land.

As we entered Algeria, the french acted quickly to prevent us from being able to withdraw. Could we have sent hundreds of thousands of loyal men to their deaths?

We crushed the french forces in Algeria, despite difficult fighting. Even though we set up defensive positions along the coast to keep them from landing, they don't care. Wave after wave of frenchmen are blown up while trying to land in Algeria.

Meanwhile, Mocambique earns its Statehood! That is a major state!

Here we can see another wave of frenchmen being blown to pieces. And investments being made in rubber plantations.

Since we are afraid of a badboy war with Germany once the french realize they can't take Algeria back, we rush the conquest of Indochina, starting with Cambodia. The three states would be released as dominions for badboy release.

With France easily defeated, the generals propose doing the same with Germany.

The germans managed to break through to Belgium, even take Brussel, but they have now been anihilated!
