Six divisions!!
WOW! But current Croatian Armed Forces are being reduced from current 30.505 to 19.520 soldiers divided into three Corps with single armored-mechanized brigade each plus other smaller brigades.
Current Guard brigades (Tigrovi etc.) are being merged together since currently each has a strength of around 2400 soldiers and instead of one professional infantry battalion, one recruit and one reserve all should be professional now.
New ones will simply be named 1st, 2nd and 3rd amb or in Croatian:
1. oklopno-mehanizirana brigada
2. oklopno-mehanizirana brigada
3. oklopno-mehanizirana brigada

About four Mig-21 are flyable at the moment and no Mi-24.
In Bosnia from 430,000 soldiers in 1995 only 34,000 remains in 2001 and number is still going down.
Slovenia has only 5000 soliders.
Serbia and Montenegro are also drastically cutting down on there military in order to save some money for modernizations.
