That should be right.

Ok this might be crazy and I'm surprised nobody's asked yet, but if the Pope doesn't get in the way I'd like the Eternal City, Rome. If not, maybe I could take Ravenna. Really great idea btw I love all out sandbox, because in my opinion if you do sandbox you have to do full sandbox .

Hey, is this mod still alive? Hopefully so, and if it is, the latest download ended up auto-creating duchies so I'm not sure what to do about that.

Yes, it is alive, although it was already mentioned that there are problems in current version of game. There's a problem with "replace_path" command not working, that is causing some vanilla issues, like uploading duchies, etc.

And I announced earlier (it could be found on this page):
Until we will find the right solution for our problem, I won't do anything about this for now. It also mean that I won't release any new database before it.

So unfortunately you will have to wait for 1.07 patch to have this mod working correctly.

Of course you don't have to worry, all added characters will be included. :)

And what's about the Rome - in this mod wasn't any pope before, so there were separately generated pope and bishop of Rome. But I was working on adding some pope to the files, so he could have Rome as a province.

But of course I don't see any problem to let you have it as your county :)

Awesome! I can't wait for LoR and I'll probably try to hold off as much as I can until it comes out. Good luck in the meantime!

Two things:
- When you add traits, don't use their game names. Amateurish Plotter is what you see, but it's put in localisation files. But in files it's "amateurish_plotter" instead. Theddude, who add his character before you, kept this format as well ("charismatic_negotiator").
- You should read the first post of the topic. There are rules, and one is - no more than 3 traits. There was only one precedent exception for traits like "homosexual", "twin" or "legit_bastard". If you won't choose traits to stay, I'll do it myself.

I have a few questions:

1. Besides spouses and children, can we add any other family members (parents, especially siblings, etc.)?
2. Are we only adding in Christian characters - that is, can we add Muslim or Pagan characters? If we can add the latter, I'm assuming we should try to have them in logical places (so no Zoroastrian counts in Iceland or Norse Pagan counts in Songhai)?

Thank you, I made the changes. I'll be sure to double-check the original post for other rules now.

I have a few questions:

1. Of course, you can even create unrelated characters. Just to know that if they're not of your dynasty, they would need a special line to have them in your court...

2. No, there were already muslim characters made in here. If you use it with mods enabling to play them, then why not? And don't need to have them "in correct places", precisely - you can add pagan Frankish in Paris, Orthodox Vlach in Iberian Peninsula, or Cathar Polish in Athens (like it's in mod).

Any news as to whether the new update solved the issue of automatic duchy granting?

Sorry, while developers promised to work it out (announced to be fixed - see quote below), the new patch still has the same problem:

- The 'replace_path' bug is now fixed for real

...but it's not.

I don't have much free time now, but I'll try to do something about that. If devs can't do it, I have to do it another way. It... I waited long enough. ;)

Hello, I hope everything is okay:
Also, in the name, I put "john", but in-game will it change automatically to the Portuguese version of John (João), or should I have wrote João already?

No, it won't. It will be kept like that, while of course, if your heir would be named João, then he will be stated as João II (if you have at least duke title, ofc).

Rest of it seems correct, I don't have time to check ID's though... It's always getting messy with those in this thread. :(

Good news! I played the version of the mod on the title post, putting it in the directory stated in this thread -> http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum...hould-be-placed-in-your-user-documents-folder and it worked perfectly! Except for the fact that it was incompatible with any of the post 1.05 DLCs of course. But yes, this problem was solved. In celebration I think I will create another dynasty...

Yes, I've seen that thread. It's good it works fine, but you say it didn't work with SoI and/or LoR? That would be sad... :(

I'll try to update the database ASAP.

I'd like also to ask, all of you - with what other mods (if so) you play in CSE? I'm quite interested in adding some special, modified version in here, but I want to know how about possible compatibility... :)

I used to converge CK2+ to this mod. All I really had to do was "conveniently forget" the characters and the title text file. Of course this probably would have changed/become more complicated since it's been so long since I played this mod. . .

Would be nice to play CK2+ as my dynasty again though.

I used to converge CK2+ to this mod.

Okay, so CK2+.

Any other overhaul mods you're using?
Maybe someone use lesser mods, like Patrum Scuta?

EDIT:
Of course, I mean using WITH Community Shattered mod, to be clear ;)
