I introduce my mod kit

1. Hotkeys
   Handy hotkeys system. Often using actions on 1, 2, 3, Q, E, Z, C.
   
   
2. Splash screens
   Some fine pictures.
   
   
3. Expanding city limit system
   Mod is expanding city limit. City limit is growing when you open new shards.
   
   
4. New Mages
   Some rebalanced great mages perks and 2..5 new mages.
   
   
5. Strengthen fleet
   All ships received +1 sight radius and new perk "Wooden hull": +20 defence melee, +30 shoot.
   
   
6. Healing with clearing terrain
   Most of healing abilities (not spells!) receive clear terrain effect. Healer lord abilities receive "life lands" effect. Magic towers also receive clearing effect to compensate AI immoderate to resolve naga terramorfing.
   
   
7. Unofficial patch

It's not working as standard mod so this file should place in game directory where is placed files d100.pack, d101.pack etc.

I want to make new mod which will increase city limit. I invent appropriate scheme:
In every quest unlocking gate I adding new perk which increasing limit by 1.

With one or two quest this method is working but with all quests game is freezing and not starting

Problem seems to be originating from the spells section. Specifically "sp_m_perk_citylimit_IX" and "perk_fr_res_baron".

I don't see anything wrong with them at a glance, but without those two entries it starts up fine. So I'd suggest playing around with them to find the problem, or simply recreating them.
