The third one is Frederick V. of the Palatinate. You know, the guy (a.k.a. irresponsible idiot), who triggered the 30 Years War with his actions:

The castle in the background is Heidelberg palace (his residence), before it was destroyed by the troops of Louis XIV. during the Palatinate succession wars. It took me quite a while to figure it out, because there aren't many images of the castle before the destruction. I guess, they used this virtual reconstruction to create the picture:
