All sprites are stored at my site (http://kaigon.ripperdoc.net/flagsite/). Press the link Sprites at the bottom of the leftside menu and you're there!
Feel free to use the sprites in mods or just in private. (Please credit me if you include any sprite in a downloadable mod.)
Each zip contains three types of files:
Kaigon_Palette_[Unit name].bmp goes into EU2\Gfx\palette\
Kaigon_[Unit name][Action]_[Direction].bmp (there should be 11 of them) goes into EU2\Gfx\Map\Units\bmp
The .spr files goes into EU2\Gfx\Map\Units\
Unless you _really_ know what you're doing, you shouldn't change any files except for the .spr files (optional), and then you only need to change the name of the .spr file. This is what the different part of the name means:
How to activate a sprite
1. Check what tag the .spr files are assigned to.
2. Edit country.csv and add that tag as armynationalitysprite.
3. Make sure you have the right technology to be able to view the sprite (Level 1: Land tech 0-10, Level 2: Land tech 11-30, Level 3: Land tech 31-50, Level 4: Land tech 51-60)
To know what sprite each group of .spr files are connected with, open it in a texteditor and check what bitmap it uses.

Kasperus said:T is type, usually ARMY or NAVY
C is countrytag which will be the tag defined in the armynationalitysprite in Country.csv
A is action - for landunits either STAND (our default), FIRE (our attack) or WALK (our run)
D is direction
L is level (there are 4 for eu2, 1 is default)
