I saw that the Holy Land, Albion and Songs of Faith DLC have been released. Are they worth getting?
They are nice to have, but I'd wait for a sale before you buy them. I've found better music by just listening to soundtracks like Gladiator, Game of Thrones, etc. The music in game gets kind of style after awhile since it repeats too much. Also, the soundtrack I feel for the Knights of Honor game is much better then the soundtrack for Crusader Kings II. Borislav Slavov has made music for Worldshift, Risen, Two Worlds II, Crysis 2, etc. Awesome artist! You can get it free, since it's freeware music at this link: http://www.music-marks.com/
Once at the website, click Projects, then click on Complete Soundtrack for Knights of Honor. Right click on each music file & choose "Save link as..."
Links to some of the music as posted on YouTube. Excellent example of the wonderful music in Knights of Honor:

P.S. I do own Knights of Honor & still play it to this day. I feel it's a great game & wish there would have been a Knights of Honor II. Think of it like a more simplified version of Crusader Kings II with better graphics, animations, but less hands-on control like Crusader Kings II has.
It's a little queer that you have to play as England, or be pious or go crusading in order to "unlock" the songs you just purchased (if that's in fact the case; I asked, but didn't get any satisfying answer). If that is in fact the case, I'd say don't bother.
You can change it in the files, but yes.

I play with the sound turned off, but I got them anyways. More money for Paradox, so they're good for that.
