Proposal for both Presidential and Congressional elections;
1) Congress will be elected the same way as in Realpolitik, support the 11 man Congress proposal from Realpolitik.
2) Presidential elections, each party nominate 1 candidate, parties can form coalitions and push forward a common candidate. If no candidate in the first round get more than 50% of the votes, a second round with the two most succesful candidates will take place.
3) before the second round both candidates choose a running mate, who will become Vice President if the ticket win, the Vice President can be chose from the candidate's own party or from a party he wish to form a coalition with.
4) The winning president form a cabinet, each Cabinet member must be approved by Congress (except the Vice President). The Congress can vote for non- confidence in a Cabinet member, which will lead to the resignation of said Cabinet member, but the president and the vice president can't be removed before next election??
