The barrister and radical member of parliament, Jan del Idra, better known as Jean Hydra, was found dead in his home today; strangled from behind with a thick cord of hempen rope, by a pair of strong hands no doubt. Investigators suspect members of the anarcho-liberal underground who blamed him for not joining in the failed irsings of 1873. When he's not contemplating mortality in graveyards like his personal hero Paganini, the new Count consorts with his fellow "countrymen", Sicilian nationalists.

((FYI - TH3 has acknowledged that he missed the last round of orders for Factories for IPMC as a result of the chaos during the forum switch over and that he will do this in the next round. This included a Steel Factory and Machine Parts in Lombardy and a Winery in Toscana. So you won't be able to build a 2nd winery in Toscana.))
