I know there was a loose alliance of non-aligned nations in the UN during the Cold War, but is there any real justification for the LNAN?
By the same token there's really no justification for Bolivia or Paraguay or Venezuela to be Allied nations I suppose.

I have a few plans for the next few event chains but i'm kind of historically lost, and also i need to create three new countries for whose flags i have no clue what it would look like and i have to organise who would be ministers of what.
Oh and spoiler alert... not like you'd mind. But yeah this is turning into a mod of its own and i'm creating all this crap as i go along lol.
Pan-Indochina (French+Siam+Burma+Malay) (IDC exists but got to figure out cabinets for a pan-indochinese extremist communism [pol-pot for example] and a relatively moderate communist state [ho chi minh] )

Mekong Confederation (Alternative democratically supported Indochina... probably with Ho Chi Minh as a democratic socialist [which he was... just getting backstabbed by the americans a few times times kinda polarised him]

Pan-Indochina, the Mekong Confederation and normal Indochina could all just be the same tag with different ministers. Siam could just be renamed and recolored, as they probably have commie ministers. And for Bangladesh, why not just rename it Bengal and use the Kaisarreich ministers and leaders (giving proper credit of course)

Anyway, Pot Pol wouldn't be big then, and I doubt you need different cabinets, as that could wait 'till after the war, and then the AAR is over.

Whatever south american nations are left, i say you should mil con them since they don't do anything otherewise.
Very enjoyable. I wish I could believe that Milanese encirclement would help with the Soviet pressure, but I don't think it will much.

Yeah, These events are taking quite a while to make, not to mention i've had to clamour through to find a real way to actually make some scenario... So as a minor-update....
One possible outcome of what might happen most likely if the events go as planned and in the might quite possible event i create an expodentially quite confusing and long sentence which maybe probably has possibly no actual perhaps way of many any possible sense.

Out of AAR: I made things a lot harder for me. How? Fixing stupid soviet AI. They have a max TC of about 550, with 800-900 TC in actual units and partisans
Oh also did i mention that they're on 2200 because of redeployments... Yeah.
I set all the redeployments to instantly deploy the next day and reduced the value in the AI from 25% to 5% of all their forces to deploy. Hopefully now they won't have a 4+ oveloaded TC and might be worth actually fighting.
Chapter Four-Part One: Perhaps i spoke too soon
Ancelotti was still waiting for all the divisions to be in place before he started the attack on the Milanese encirclement.
The news came...
The war room was in a flurry...
"Mister Ancelotti"
A: "Yes?"
"Caruso and Marshall are on the line for you"
A: "Who?"
"The French General"
A: "Oh.. put them on"
C: "No doubt you've heard"
A: "Yes.. is it a blessing or a curse"
C: "Don't know, but i'd rather... you know... get some orders"
M: "We should attack now"
C: "It would be too foolhardy"
M: "I don't think your position will get any comfier, there is no loss here in attacking, we may well win"
A: "I'm going to have to agree with Marshall here... they sprung our largest attack force before we had a chance to start the cull... Graziani's headed to Venice... Marshall command the rest to attack Milan"
M: "Wizh plezure"
By some either bad luck, or actual competancy from Soviet Command however. The situation got rather complicated.
Rather quickly.
A: "Shit"
C: "God damnit what do we do now"
A: "Marshall how are you holding"
M: "I can't attack any longer, the men themselves will give up if we continue"
A: "... sigh...Then stop the attack..."
A: "Marshall, we'll need to try and extricate your forces they're too valuable to lose... Caruso can you hold the attack"
C: "...No?"
A: "Bad luck, hold it, The fleet will be helping you off the coast, and rains expected in the next few hours"
C: "You know how many of our troops will be lost if i keep this up?"
A: "Unless it's more than 40,000 Frenchman... i don't want to hear it"
The next day of fighting was indeed brutal. Of all the italian divisions only one still had a coherant capacity to fight.
A: "Marshall, how long is it going to take"
M: "ETA... early tomorrow morning.... and mid-afternoon"
A: "Caruso..."
C: "I'm not a magician damnit..."
Will Marshall's french HQs escape?
You don't know... that's the beauty of the most dick-headed suspense i can pull out of my arse.
Will those Milanese divisions be destroyed?
I don't know, one crisis at a time.
