What does OMNI in ChassisDef mean?

Looking through the hardpoint data for the chassisdef file I see "Omni": False
What does Omni mean?

Is there a wiki or site where we can see exactly what each entry in these .json files stands for?

I think that was related to Clan OmniMechs, where equipment was easily swappable. I don't think it was ever implemented in the game.

It's not implemented in Vanilla, but multiple mods and modpacks utilize the flag when they add in clan mechs/gear.
