Are you on a fresh game post-update, or an old one? I haven't encountered the Enviro Station bug so far on Xbox.
This has happened on a variety of games, new and old, since the game was launched. On Xbox One. I've restarted my same game, and right now it has stopped. but in the life of this game, at some point it will happen again. If I start a new game, the likelihood if it happening is 1 in 4. and it's a game breaker.

Sorry to hear that, guess I've been lucky so far :(

There's one issue I find quite frustrating about the new Outpost 2 Update with the Outpost. While I love this and think it is a great and welcome addition, I'm also really disappointed that medical assistance is not available in these outposts. We still have to walk a long, long way to heal :(

Hello. I can’t understand what’s going on. Before the update, everything stopped on a piece of water on the world map. And I could not do anything. I decided to wait for the update. My save did not work.
Well, I think, okay. I'll start a new game.
And now I am saved on the world map before the specialist’s move. After trying to load this save, all the colonists stand still. Dismissal from jobs does not help.
Dear developers. Now I'm not sure that you do have a conscience after all these corrections.

Am I the only one with bugged underground deposits? When I build an extractor on them, the deposit is almost instantly gone. Happened for plastic and concrete. Not yet for metal, but I dismantled all extractors to wait for a fix. New after-patch savegame.

Also, sometimes my world map explorers teleport back to were they were standing some moves before.

And another thing, someone should explain the devs the concept of trading. Right now you don't have to give anything in exchange for what you get.

Heya! Any chance we could get the save file and the output log from your game? They'll help us investigate what is causing colonists to become stuck even still. They can be found from:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Iceflake Studios\Surviving the Aftermath\output_log.txt
Documents\Paradox Interactive\Surviving the Aftermath\SaveGames

Also, are you using any mods?

I am having the same issue, I had mods that I didn't have active and have since wiped them from my comp. Will try it again, my save file is listed below

I have mods in my library, but all of them are not active

Could you try removing the mods and then loading the game? After updates, the mods have been known to cause issues, especially if the save was made with the previous version (this is something we are actively working on) :(

new patch>new game>save it> load saved game> colonist run in place again:(

Heya, we are checking your save and the log file but I just need to confirm - do you have any mods installed? Even if they are not used, only installed they can indeed cause issues as I mentioned above :( If you don't have any mods installed, please let me know, this is something we simply need to confirm to ensure we have all necessary information.

Hi there! We are taking a look at this, hopefully we'll have a fix for you soon!

Let me know what happens after you try without the mods! :)

Earlier I sent in a bug report about keyboard and mouse lockout on game day 82. I reported that the colonists were moving naturally and I could move my view. I reloaded an earlier save (4 game days) and the game halted at the same spot, the end of a nuclear fallout episode. The colonists are not moving, wind turbines are not moving and I can not move my view. The bug icon is not active, but I can switch to the world map.

Mods turned out to be my issue too. I had them disabled (have been for a while) but that apparently wasn't sufficient. Deleted them entirely and my issue went away.

Good number of upgrades to the game here! :)

But wheeeere is support for ultrawide sceens? hehe .
3440*1440 !

'Kal

Yes. Please, devs, give us 21:9 support. Even if it's buggy. I'd rather have it as an option.

There must be medical capability at the Outposts on the World Map or you might as well just return the the Colony with loot.

Agreed. I think they said in the livestream this was planned? Outposts should have their own tech tree with researchable upgrades, one of which could be for healing. As it stands, I don't use outposts. There is no need, I need healing more frequently than supplies most of the time.

Ok....

As far as bugged enviro stations.........yes, it happens after playing an hour or more....you get a total fps drop to the point of uplayable when trying to access eviro station to relocate work area or use any other function, and have to blast the "back out " repeatedly to get out and back to a funtioning game......it's existed since day 1, its a memory leak issue that can be corrected by saving, exiting and reloading the save......like refreshing the browser in a shitty facebook game to reset memory loss lag.

Now, what's new since last update..is a disaster event also causes a crash during long term play, which can be avoided by saving and reloading game when disaster is 1 day away....refreshing and reducing the ram usage caused by compounding memory leakage......sadly the best way t o work around the fps drops, bugs, ond dashboads / crashes, is to save, then load the fresh save every 30 minutes or so....

Please fix it soon, I know you guys are trying, keep up the good work....this game has been fun to play and watch grow into what it will somesay be!
