Part 20: The Fight in Equus
22nd November 1014 - 14th March 1015
I start to send the request to integrate the Whitetail Socialist Republic. They along with the Far Northern Republic would accept the integration requests.

17th December 1014. The undead forces of the Dread League declare war on the knights of the Arcturian Order.

23rd December 1014. Heavy fighting continues in Stalliongrad as changeling and socialist forces fight a back and forth battle. Territory sometimes changing multiple times.

5th January 1015. A naval invasion of Trottingham is successful and the divisions expand their beachhead while more divisions are moved in.

In Yakyakistan not all of the divisions under General Beakunin's command were able to retreat successfully and several were destroyed. Reinforcements are sent to bring the army back to strength.

21st January 1015. The landing at Trottingham has expanded into the mainland. The rest of the divisions in the army and several tank divisions arrive later to reinforce the landing troops.

26th January 1015. The next focus will be to liberalise the General Congress and the nation in general.

27th January 1015. The Socialist International is set back as the Polar Bear Socialist Republic in the north collapses under the changeling assault.

12th February 1015. I hire Plover Cove Shipwright's Collective as my ship designer.

26th February 1015. The 20th Triannual occurs. The communalist won and both sides have 40 delegates.

7th March 1015. In the north the Arcturian Order has been destroyed. Still the Dread League isn't going to attack until 1018 at the very least under the rule set at the start. We won't need to worry about them for awhile.

24th March 1015. I start replacing the recon company in my divisions with field hospitals.

26th March 1015. As Watertowns is a fellow communist nation and we now share a border with them due to the integration of the Whitetail Socialist Republic I can now take the decision to send the offer to Watertowns to join the Socialist International. 30 days later and they accept.

6th April 1015. The next focus will focus on ships.

14th May 1015. The landing has been contained by the changelings and the socialist forces in Stalliongrad have been pushed back a bit. While the socialist forces in the north continue their defence.

Despite the difficulty faced by the socialists and the progress of the changelings in the north. The Socialist International may be able to turn the tide soon. While we have both suffered large losses. The changelings are having changelingpower (manpower) difficulties and having trouble fielding full strength divisions. While our own griffonpower situation is extremely well. While the war continues, use of a war plan by the changelings has clearly damaged them. Chrysalis's regime grows more and unpopular by the day and stability at home has collapsed.

Part 21: Changeling Collapse
14th March 1015 - 10th June 1016

11th June 1015. I hire Comrade Featherquill as my 3rd and final military high command to lessen the effects of the lack of supply from fighting in Equus.

15th June 1015. The next focus will formalise the status of the many autonomous cooperatives around Skynavia.

The 21st Triannual occurs around this time. Of course at this point I think we are fairly familiar with them and I don't have any more focuses that are impacted by them so I don't think they need to be mentioned as much.


31st July 1015. While the situation looks dire in the north. In Stalliongrad the changeling divisions are very understrength, allowing me to push them back easier.

14th August 1015. A look at the war screen and it seems the changelings have really run out of reserves as their military only gets smaller when they take losses.

23rd August 1015. The Kingdom of Wingbardy defeats the Blackrock Bandits and in the peace conference was able to annex most of their territory and puppeting a small section of their territory, Wingbardy and its allies can now fight the full strength of the River Coalition. Especially Lake City which has grown very powerful.

24th August 1015. The next focus will be development of the communes.

25th August 1015. The socialist forces continue fighting in Stalliongrad and were able to connect the 2 fronts and cut off several changeling divisions. The few changeling divisions that tried to escaper via the port were destroyed by my navy with the changeling navy no where in sight.

27th August 1015. We finally get a chief of navy. One who is a expert in decisive battles.

14th October 1015. By now most of Stalliongrad had been liberated and the socialist forces were in a all out attack against the weakening changelings. As the changelings get pushed back the supply situation gets better and I move in more divisions causing the changelings to be pushed back even more.

2nd November 1015. The next focus will be to feed the people.

26th December 1015. We have been on partial mobilization for a long time. Now I finally move to war economy.

1st January 1016. As the new year starts we begin work on the atomic bomb. This weapon will be the hammer that shatters the reactionary forces of the world.

In preparation for this new weapon we start construction of nuclear reactors.

11st January 1015. My remaining focus is the One Griffonia Under Socialism focus but I can't do it as I am at war. For now I use construction engineering to build those nuclear reactors faster,

23rd March 1016. Parts of Equestria including its capital Canterlot have been liberated by the socialists forces. While both sides take casualties, the lack of reserves for the changelings means their army has rapidly disintegrated.

4th April 1016. We take the decision to support the Skynavian Automobile Collective.

21st May 1016. A all weather expert is hired as our Chief of Airforce.

10th June 1016. The end of the war against the Changeling Regime is near as most of Equestria has been liberated and our forces close in on the core territories of the changelings with the advance tank divisions leading the charge to their capital.

Part 22: The Nuclear Weapon
10th June 1016 - 22nd January 1017

20th June 1016. The socialists capture Vraks, one of the greatest Changeling hives.

26th June 1016. The Changeling capital, Vesalipolis has been captured. With Queen Chrysalis fleeing like the coward she is. We spend the next few weeks cleaning up the remaining changeling forces,

25th August 1016. With Equestria liberated and the core territories of the Changelings lost. The Changeling Military surrenders and we get to the peace conference with our allies.

The war required great sacrifice but in our victory Equus has been liberated and the contienent can recover from the Changeling reign. Only the small enclave territory held by the Dragons has not been touched by socialism.

In the peace agreements Equestria would be split between us, Stalliongrad, and the Western Griffon Union. The deer and crystal ponies would have new socialist governments put in place under our supervision.

The Changelings with help from the WGU would be placed under the leadership of Gold Muffin and the long exiled Communist Coalition. However parts of the north territories of the Changelings will be leased to us. The War for Socialism is not over yet and Griffonia still has to be liberated. Defeating the fascist Changelings has cost Skynavia and their industry will be our reward.

In Griffonia the war between the Karthinian Pact and the River Coalition continues with the River Coalition launching a invasion of Minotauria. With the Changelings defeated Skynavia can refocus its efforts on liberating Griffonia. I could choose to attack either side here. As the River Coalition looks like the stronger side overall I decide to attack them first. Battleplans are drawn up and our troops start the journey back to Griffonia.

30th August 1016. Now that I am at peace I can take the One Griffonia Under Socialism focus.

I also get the decision to join a union with Watertowns now that I am at peace. I take it and they accept.

9th October 1016. I start the war justification on Lake City

8th November 1016. The One Griffonia Under Socialism focus is completed and I unlock 6 new focuses. I already defeated the Griffonia Empire and hold Griffenheim so The Crusade Continues focus was bypassed.

I do the Socialist Magic focus next to make magic available to all.

I also place the Confederation of Autonomous Cooperatives as my final political advisor slot.

15th November 1016. Our atomic research is complete and we can start making this new weapon.

12th December 1016. My nuclear production stops due to my lack of crystals. I had forgotten building nuclear reactors cost crystals. Each time a nuclear reactor is built 12 crystals are used. I am building magical weapons for my special forces so I want to keep some crystals. With my current build a total of 15 nuclear reactors will be built and I don't plan to build any more.

16th December 1016. This is the day I declare war on Lake City. The ongoing war has already taken a toll on both factions.

The first obstacle will be to defeat Lake City led by the fascist Westerly Leeward. Westerly is a militarist and came into power on a wave of anti-griffon rhetoric.

The start of our entry into the war saw the enemy made attacks on our lines. These attacks were repelled by our brave soldiers. The attacks continue and the River Coalition takes heavy casualties.

14th January 1017. The attacks take their toll on the River Coalition forces and many of their divisions are under strengthen. Sensing my opportunity and not wanting to have a long war I order my divisions to go on the attack.

Success is found all along the frontline as the depleted River Coalition forces are pushed back.

To work towards a Pan-Griffonia I justify a war goal on House Eyrie. Not only do they hold important territories, they are sending volunteer forces to our enemy.

17th January 1017. The Magic of Socialism works as magical creatures come together to build the new world.

The next focus will be to send educators to our neighbours.

22nd January 1017. A explosion occurs at a unknown location in Skynavia. Decades of work has finally led to a breakthrough.

Part 23: Teaching the Future
22nd January 1017 - 21st July 1017

We have a nuke now but we will not use such weapon lightly for it causes mass destruction and we want to help the world rebuild. We are handling the war in Griffonia by ourselves so I have not accept the call from my faction members to join the war.

24th January 1017. My war goal justification has finished but House Eyrie has been guaranteed by Skyfall.

Skyfall has decent strength but I am confident I can take on them and the River Coalition at the same time with my troop numbers. I will prepare my troops to fight Skyfall as well.

11th March 1017. The advance against the River Coalition continues and the capital of Lake City is captured.

23rd March 1017. This is the day just before the war goal expires so I declare war on House Eyrie.

On the border with Skyfall I set up some divisions to simply hold the border.

Further north. The island holding will also be invaded.

As the House Eyrie invasion begins my troops quickly overwhelm the outnumbered defenders. Once House Eyrie is defeated I will move these divisions to the border with Skyfall.

Skyfall shortly joins after my war declaration on House Eyrie.

28th March 1017. The next focus will help nuclear research. While we already have the nuclear bomb. The expanded tech tree in EAW means I have 2 more nuclear techs I can research which increase research speed so this focus is still useful.

29th March 1017. Teaching the next generation.

King Garibald Talonuel III of Wingbardy is dead. Despite our misgiving about monarchism, King Talonuel is a respectable griffon. He is succeeded by his son who is clearly not as popular with the people as his father.

The King being replaced with national sprit of his son.

31st March 1017. Helping our friends.

2nd April 1017, Rebuilding with our friends.

4th April 1017. House Eyrie is defeated and I annex them. I send the divisions I used to the Skyfall border.

13th April 1017. Lake City is defeated. What follows is me constant resetting of frontlines that are in the wrong place or reduced to one provinces.

16th April 1017. The situation on the Skyfall border. The initial divisions lost a province or two but the divisions that arrived after defeating House Eyrie have reinforced the frontline. After gathering uo the planning bonus I start the battle plan to attack Skyfall.

18th April 1017. I switched my industrial concern from the electronics company to the Socialist Guild of Free Mages. Less division attrition and supply consumption is very good in my book.

28th April 1017. The attacks on Skyfall push them back but I the Skynavian army does face difficulties attacking certain areas and I stop the battle plan to let my divisions gather their strength for another planned attack.

15th May 1017. I start a war justification on House Avian

6th June 1017. I cannot do the last 2 focuses so I do construction engineering as my continuous focus. I need to eb a modern society to do Looking to the Stars. To become a modern society I need to do the Land of Peace and Plenty but I need to be at peace to do that focus.

7th June 1017. The territories of Skyfall have been cut off from each other.

9th June 1017. In the east our advance against the River Coalition continues and we knock out several more of their member nations.

15th June 1017. The city of Skyfall has been captured.

The capture is enough to cause the entirety of Skyfall to surrender.

Skyfall did deal us some decent casualties. In the peace deal I annex them.

The war screen on 1st July 1017.

2nd July 1017. I send the offer to Watertowns for their integration.

19th July 1017. The advance on the Rover Coalition continues and Nimbusia is defeated.

These are the remaining River Coalition members. I am not sure how it works exactly but the River Coalition isn't suppose to surrender until all River Coalition nations are defeated. The River Republic is given high surrender limit here.

21st July 1017. The River Coalition just surrendered and in the peace deal I was able to annex most of the territories while Wingbardy annexed a few. To achieve the dream of a Pan-Griffonia I must take the territory held by Wingbardy. After which we can go north to beat the Dread League.

Part 24: The Pan-Griffonia Socialist Commonwealth
21st July 1017 - 2nd March 1018

A look at my nuclear bomb status. With 15 reactors we can build a nuclear bomb every 24/25 days.

Now that I am peace I can take the Land of Peace and Plenty focus.

31st July 1017. Watertown accepts our integration offer.

13 August 1017. The war justification against House Avian is finished. My current focus requires me to be at peace so I will wait till my current focus is finished before declaring war.

I also start the war justification against one of Wingbardy's allies.

6th October 1017. My current focus is finished so I declare war on House Avian. The last focus requires me to be at peace. With the current war with House Avian and the upcoming war with the south I don't have a good opportunity to do the focus. I am sticking with the construction engineering continuous focus.

13th October 1013. House Avian is defeated easily and annexed.

15th November 1017. The military is adequately prepared and war is declared on Franmistria.

16th November 1017. We get good initial reports with success along the frontlines.

In the east I sent a army to push the Karthinian Pact out of the Riverlands territory Wingbardy had annexed..

18th November 1017. The war screen. With Wingbardy having significant losses in their war with the River Coalition they are weakened and don't have as much reserves. My own forces are more then a match for them.

I start a war justification on Greneclyf.

6th December 1017. I forgot to guard the strait across from New Mareland but I had troops I could instantly deploy from training to set up a frontline.

In the east the Karthinian Pact forces in the Riverlands are destroyed.

11th December 1017. The Duchy of Talouse is defeated.

28th December 1017. Another victory comes as Franmistria is defeated.

2nd January 1018. Its 1018 and the Dread League starts the focus to begin the Black Crusade.

On the front against Wingbardy, their forces are in a general state of collapse as they struggle to field full strength divisions.

29th January 1018. Karthin is captured.

The Karthinian Pact surrenders on the 2nd February and in the peace deal I annex all of their land.

With the South defeated we have all the locations we need to found the Pan-Griffonia Commonwealth.

The only focus I have left is Looking to the Stars. Still I will do the decision as I can do without the research bonus to rockets and I don't want to wait any longer to found the Pan-Griffonia Commonwealth

2nd March 1018. War is declared on Greneclyf and our brave knights land on the beaches.

4th March 1018. The Pan-Griffonia Socialist Commonwealth is founded and the final focus tree is unlocked.

Part 25: War against the Undead
2nd March 1018 - 11th July 1018

We are now the Pan-Griffonian Socialist Commonwealth. All the decisions that I had before that were specific to Skynavia are now gone. There a few nations that have not been touched by socialism. To spread socialism into the remaining nations I will justify war goals on them.

Our recruitable population was already good before. The additional cores on all the territory we hold gives us much more then we will ever need.

The recruitable population situation before and after the creation of the Pan-Griffonian Socialist Commonwealth.

With the Pan-Griffonian People's Assembly as the governing body the first action will be to draft a new Pan-Griffonian Constitution to guide Griffonia.

I do lose a national spirit, advisors, and a company from creating the Pan-Griffonia Socialist Commonwealth

On Greneclyf my knights seized the port and despite the low port size which limited the supply to Greneclyf. My superior knights were able to push back the enemy divisions and cause their surrender on the 19th March 1018.

11th May 1018. This is the day the Dread League start their attack or Black Crusade as they call it. They declare war on us and Farbrook, the other nation bordering them. They would declare war on the rest of the nations in the world in the coming days.

While the news send panicking messages across Griffonia we have not been sitting idly.

Most of the socialist military guard the borders with the Dread League and we have greater strength in all aspects.

In the initial hours of the war the Dread League only make minor attacks which are easily repelled.

13th May 1018. Now we aid our workers in the Worker's Revolution.

The war screen

15th May 1018. With the Dread League not making any offensive moves we go on the offensive ourselves. The undead forces of the Dread League are quickly annihilated.

The Dread League may have defeated the ancient Arcturian Order which fought using swords but against the might of a united and modernised Griffonia they stand no chance. Wheres the knights of the old fought using swords. Our modern knights fight with modern guns which mow down scores of the undead legions and have armour which the undead are completely unable to pierce.
Modern tanks roll over the undead and the might of our airforce decimates the undead legions.

Our campaign goes so well that by the 9th June 1018 we have dealt over 2M losses to the Dread League while suffering light losses of our own.

18th June 1018. For what is likely one of the only times in history we drop a atomic bomb on Magehold. Magehold is the fortress capital of the Dread League and a cursed place. The land is so corrupted that there is little that can be saved. The dropping of the atomic bomb can only be described as a cleansing of the land. For only when the traces of dark are destroyed can the land recover.

When nukes are dropped in the EAW a fallout effect is added to the state.

22nd June 1018. A invasion force from Greneclyf takes Magehold.

23rd June 1018. The Worker's Revolution has arrived and the worker has been empowered. The worker will now have a voice and be listened to.

Next we will give the peasants their own revolution.

6Th July 1018. The remainders of the Dread League are being surrounded and destroyed.

10th July 1018. The victory for the world is here as the Dread League is defeated.

11th July 1018. With the lands of the Dread League still having the taint of dark magic. The Arcturian Order has been reestablished to watch over the land.

The brave soldiers of socialism have saved Griffonia and the world has us to thank for it.

Epilogue
11th July 1018 - 20th May 1020

With the undead defeated we only need to do our final reforms and liberate the few remaining nations.

3rd August 1018. The Peasants Revolution is here

Next the revolution for the scientists.

13th September 1018. The Scientists Revolution will bring new thinking.

Next the Soldiers Revolution.

24th October 1018. The Soldiers Revolution is here

Next we will focus on building the nation.

24th December 1018. To build up the nation we are bridging the urban-rural divide.

Next we will build railroads across Griffonia.

6th January 1019. By now the remaining nations in Southern Griffonia have been liberated.

23rd February 1019. The rebuilding of Griffonia is going well.

With the end of our great struggles. No longer must we be on a war economy. We can switch back and give back to the people.

25th April 1019. In addition to the change in economy and trade laws the Welfare League has changed to the Pan-Griffonia Conservation League.

Next we can open up a science society.

4th July 1019. Next we can work on building a common culture in Griffonia.

29th July 1019. Firtree and Farbrook have been annexed.

12th September 1019. Finding a way to unite the cultures.

12th September 1019. The Arcturian Order has done well in watching over their lands. It seems the dark magic of the Dread League no longer taint the lands as they are no longer a detached society. It is now the time to spread socialism to their lands. Their leader is a hard line traditionalist and won't accept the new world. We have no choice but to overthrow Ostwald Vind.

Next we will introduce a Pan-Griffonian passport.

21st November 1019. With our great struggles at a end. We no longer need such a large military. The military will only have volunteer nows. We will demobilise the population and downgrade our military size.

24th December 1019. After a quick naval invasion the dragons are free.

30th January 1020. We approach the final few reforms.

4th February 1020. War is declared on the Arcturian Order. Our modern knights easily push aside the knights of the Arcturian Order who still fight with swords.

23rd February 1020. In a few weeks we have overthrown Ostwald Vind.

1st April 1020. The idea of "nations" fading away will ensure peace in Griffonia.

With that done we only have our final focus.

20th May 1020. The finale and final event.

This is the world at the end of my game. With the forces of the Socialist International triumphant across all corners of the world. There will be no "Cold War" in this world, only a era of peace and prosperity. With a united Griffonia, life will get better for the many.
