Have installed the game, but it will not run just get an error message to send to microsoft. Please help.

um, I don't think this game is out yet; you must be thinking of Crusaders: Thy Kingdom Come. Which is also released by Neocore, go ask them for tech support. Also, you're going to want to give them more info then what you gave here; like your PC's specs and whatnot.
