Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
special_system_initializers.txt line 1185 is missing an end curly bracket.
The open curly bracket on line 1102 does not have a matching end curly bracket that should be in line 1184 or 1185.

Looking at your attachment again (and the file), I think notepad++ is getting confused here due to line 1108 - it's a line with an opening bracket, but it's commented out - yet the bracket highlighting is still taking it into account.
